Cover Disk: are used when a client wants to reuse existing handrails ( that are already drilled out 3/4″ round holes on the underside ) but wants to install 1/2″ square metal balusters into the 3/4″ round holes. You will simply wrap the top dowel of the new 1/2″ square black metal with black electric tape to make the top smaller round dowel of the 1/2″ square metal balusters to be as big as the 3/4″ hole in diameter, and then simply hide all with a low / slim profile cover disk ).
